Prices
At Bloody Dice, we reserve the right to make corrections to our listed prices on any platform. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Subject to availability of products.
Payment
Bloody Dice accepts online payment through MobilePay or Bank Transfer for online purchases. All amounts are in DKK Danish Kroner. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and account for sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
Bloody Dice aims to dispatch orders received within 3-5 business days.
Right of Withdrawal
A full refund is granted within 14 days for items purchased online, if the goods are returned in unused condition.
You cannot claim your right of withdrawal by simply refusing to accept the item without giving clear notice.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. You are responsible for properly packaging the item for return. Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The processing is expedited if you also complete and include our withdrawal form. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we receive it back. We do not accept packages sent as cash on delivery.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you may try the item as if you were in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that when you cancel the purchase, you will receive only a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of return. To receive a full refund, you must try the item without actually using it.
Refunds
If you cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us. In the event of any depreciation of the item for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the refund. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to claim the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree to a different method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided documentation of having returned it, whichever comes first.
Rights
All rights to workshops, courses, events, and digital products belong to Bloody Dice. By purchasing, you obtain a license to use the purchased product as specified under the respective product. Your digital product is personal, and it is not allowed to sell, forward, loan, give away, or otherwise distribute the product, privately or commercially. This applies to both the content of our online products, downloaded products, live sessions, workshops, and courses.

To enter into an agreement with us and make purchases on our website, we require the following information about you:
Name, Address, Phone number, Email address and Information about what you have purchased
We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the item to you and handling inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing is carried out in accordance with the rules outlined in our privacy policy for Bloody Dice.
